Returns & Guarantees

Full Refund – You can obtain a full refund for a product purchased within 30 days of original transaction.  In order to obtain full refund product must be unopened and in its original state.   You can also obtain a full refund if the product has been opened but if the product is damaged, spoiled, or faulty. *

 

50% Refund – You can obtain a 50% refund for the product you purchased within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the quality of the product you purchased and if the product has been opened and used.*

 

*Note: Customer is responsible for paying return shipping charges and will not be refunded for original shipping charges in the instances of both a “Full Refund” and “50% Refund”.  In the case that we were responsible for shipping the incorrect product(s), product(s) were damaged during original shipment, and/or product(s) are delivered damaged, spoiled, or faulty, The Clean Boutique will refund original shipping charges and will pay for return USPS ground shipment.

 

In both instances above credit cards will be refunded within three (3) business days of when the product is received back.  Allow for up to ten (10) business days for money to be credited back as some financial institutions take longer then others in these transactions.

 

Before any return is authorized a “return authorization number” must be issued by The Clean Boutique.  A “return authorization number” can be obtained by either calling 1-888-988-7232 or by sending an email to info@thecleanboutique.com.

 

 

 

Backorders & Out of Stock

We maintain a strong inventory for all of the products on our site, however sometimes unexpected high demand for certain products causes a temporary out of stock and backorder.  If a product is temporarily out of stock you can, and we recommend, that you still purchase the product.  Out of stock products are usually back in stock within three (3) business days.

A.) If you purchased multiple products and one of the products you purchased is out of stock and will be back in stock within three (3) business days then we will hold your entire order and ship when out of stock product is back in stock.

B.) If you purchased multiple products and one of the products is temporarily out of stock and it will take more then three (3) business days to be back in stock then we will ship order without the out of stock product and rush ship out of stock product separately when it is back in stock and will not charge you for the rush shipping.

C.) If all of the product(s) ordered are temporarily out of stock and will be back in stock within three (3) business days then we will ship when product is back in stock and regular shipping charges will be billed

D.) If all of the product(s) ordered are temporarily out of stock and will not be back in stock within three (3) business days then we will rush ship products when they are back in stock at no charge to you.

*Note: A representative from The Clean Boutique will contact you if you purchased an out of stock product to inform you when order will be shipped and under which of the above scenarios it falls under.

 

 

 

Gift Packaging

We do gift packaging!  If you want to send your order as a gift to a friend, family member, or special someone just add the option during the checkout process.  We will gift wrap your order with a card, a beautiful ribbon, elegant tissue paper, and a hand sown yerba matte bag that is almost as nice at the products themselves.  If the billing address is the same as the shipping address we will include a receipt in the packaging with the price paid for the order (unless you request otherwise by adding a comment in the comment box during the checkout process).  If the billing address differs from the shipping address then a gift receipt will be sent in the packaging with no dollar amount  (unless you request otherwise by adding a comment in the comment box during the checkout process) and an electronic receipt will be sent via email to the person who purchased the gift.  Because of the cost of the gift packaging an additional $4.95 will be charged for the order.
